INFORMATION

Masseria Stali is a farm and an agritourism runs and owned by Family Piccinno. It offers a traditional cuisine always combined with an innovative path which has been strengthened since last year with the birth of the satellite restaurant Urania in the pool area. This path has lead to the birth of some dishes ranging from appetizers to desserts revisiting one the traditional products of Salento: the friseddhra. The flour used is the company’s own flour, made from Senatore Cappelli durum wheat and barley together with other products from the farm or from the territory, first of all extra virgin olive oil, vegetables, legumes, wine and dried fruits. In addition to the land, space was given to sea also, getting inspired by the real peasant cuisine that traded land products in exchange for sea products combining them expertly.
